At Creative Art Deco, each custom order is the result of a craftsmanship carried out with care, creativity and professionalism. In order to ensure clear and respectful exchanges, this charter sets out the rules applied to any request for customisation (mugs and other media).
1. Custom creative request
Any request for customisation (text, image, visual, theme or specific editing) is subject to prior exchange in order to define the project. One visual installation can be made to allow the customer to project before manufacture.
This assembly constitutes a creative work in its own right, carried out prior to production.
2. Protection of assemblies
To protect graphic work and time invested:
- all mounts sent before validation are protected by a Cré Watermark ;
- the watermark is removed only after written validation and order settlement.
No final file without watermark will be transmitted without a confirmed order.
3. Validation and start-up of manufacturing
The manufacture of a custom product begins only after:
- clear validation of the installation by the customer;
- full payment of the order.
Any request for modification after validation may result in additional time or adjustment of the tariff.
4. Unconfirmed projects
In case of abandonment of the project, a simple message is appreciated. Repeated requests without response or follow-up may no longer be supported, in order to preserve the time spent on committed clients.
5. Respect for craft work
Behind each custom creation are:
