Delivery methods
The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, via the carriers offered at the time of the order validation (in particular La Poste and Mondial Relay).
Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the weight, destination and carrier chosen, and are indicated before payment.
Processing and shipping times
Custom products are made on demand in our workshop.
The manufacturing times may vary depending on the nature of the order.
The delivery times indicated by the carriers are indicative and begin to run from the date of dispatch of the package. Creative Art Deco cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
Reception of packages
The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
Any defects (damaged, missing or broken) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographs, so that a solution can be proposed.
Liability
Art Deco cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or damage that occurred after the carrier took over the parcel, unless otherwise provided by law.
