Preamble
The customer states that he has read the following provisions before placing an order for the products.
It is the sole responsibility of each customer to define their needs and select the characteristics of the products purchased.
The placing of an order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, as well as the full legal capacity of the customer to engage.
The Cré-Entreprise Art Deco reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the day of the order.
Food contact
The personalized products proposed are made on media certified for direct food contact and decorated with sublimation inks meeting the requirements for indirect food contact, in accordance with Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EC) No 2023/2006.
The decorated areas are not intended for direct food contact.
Compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance provided by the company is essential for the continued conformity of the product. Any non-compliant use, including exposure to excessive temperatures, the use of dishwashers when not recommended, or the voluntary alteration of the medium, is the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
1. Prices
The prices of the products are shown in euros (including all taxes) and excluding shipping costs.
For shipments outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, customs duties or other local taxes may be added and remain at the customer's expense.
Special promotions may be applied. In case of cumulative promotions, only the most advantageous offer for the customer will be chosen.
Prices may be changed at any time but the products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability.

All orders involve payment in euros.
The Cré-Entreprise Art Deco reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of prior dispute with the customer.
In accordance with Act No. 2019-788 of 17 July 2019, invoices are sent electronically (PDF).
3. Validation
Any order validation is valid for acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The data recorded by the company and the payment system demonstrate the transactions made.
4. Availability
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
In case of unavailability after order, the customer will be informed and may choose between:
- cancellation with refund,
- an equivalent amount of assets,
- waiting for resupply.
5. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Main carriers: La Poste (2 working days on average) and Mondial Relay (5 working days on average).
Any taxes and customs duties outside the EU shall be borne by the customer.
The client must check the condition of the package at receipt and report any anomalies.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and shipping costs. They vary according to weight and destination.
7. Payment
The accepted means of payment are:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Bank transfer
- Bank cheque (France only, starting from 5 € VAT) to the order of « Creative Art Deco »
The products remain the property of Cre-Art Deco until full payment.
8. Security
Card payments are secure (SSL protocol). Bank data does not pass through our site and is not stored.
9. Returns
9.1 Right of withdrawal
The customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days on receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).
The products must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
⚠️ Customised products (gravure, sublimation, flocking, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Any custom product order is considered firm and final upon validation.
No modification or cancellation may be accepted once the manufacture or customisation has begun, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
9.2 Non-compliance
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer can obtain a replacement, a refund or an asset.
10. Refund
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal or cancellation, the company shall reimburse the customer under Maximum 14 days (Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code).
11. Liability
The proposed products comply with French legislation in force at the time of placing on the market.
The company Cré-Art Deco cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:
- a use not in accordance with the instructions provided,
- inadequate maintenance,
- a modification or alteration of the produce after delivery,
- or misuse of its original destination.
The company's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned. No indirect, intangible or consequential damage shall be compensable.
12. Personal data (GDPR)
In accordance with GDPR The data collected is strictly necessary for the processing of orders and the management of the customer relationship.

Data are never transmitted to third parties without prior consent.

15. Applicable law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
