Yes. The media used are certified for direct food contact.
Personalisation is carried out by sublimation with certified inks for indirect food contact, in accordance with the European rules in force.
The decorated areas are not intended for direct food contact.

❓ Can I put my mug or custom gourd in the dishwasher?

It depends on the product.
The maintenance instructions are specified on each product sheet.
Failure to comply with the recommendations (excessive temperature exposure, non-recommended dishwasher, microwave, etc.) may alter the marking and may involve the responsibility of the customer.

❓ Can I cancel or change my custom order?

Custom products are made on demand.
Once the order has been validated and the manufacture has begun, no modification or cancellation can be accepted, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

❓ Are personalized products refundable?

No.
Personalised products do not enjoy the right of withdrawal.
On the other hand, in case of defective or non-compliant product, a solution (replacement, refund or acquiescence) will be offered.

❓ Are the printed colours identical to those displayed on the screen?

The colors may vary slightly depending on the screens and display settings.
These minor differences cannot constitute a ground of claim.
